Events In My School

Hello, there ! Welcome back to my blog ! In here, I want to tell you about some activities in my school.

Do you want to know more about my school?  3 Senior High School was not as sordid as what was heard outside. The school is very pleasant. Many activities are held to develop attitudes of students in working together and preserve the culture. This year, 3 Senior High School has some very pleasant and very educational event. I will describe some of the activities that have been completed successfully.

1. WTTF

  

Are you curious about the four letters above? 4 letters above mean Wourld Tournament and Techno Fest. This activity is made from OSIS SMAN 3 Bandung in developing the technology in SMAN 3 Bandung. These activities also build a sense of teamwork. This activity started at 7:30 am in the field bali. One class together with a group and we have to fight with a class above us. Because I was in Grade X MIPA 4, then I have to fight XI MIPA 4. Quite stressful because each group had to get 1 puzzle on each post. And the puzzle will form a mysterious image. We also need to speak in English language. WTTF theme is the Milky Way Galaxy. In every planet we must finish the mission and get the puzzle when we wins. However, we must be on guard, because there is an alien who wants to seize the puzzle.

  

My first mission is rank 2 in the music park. Here, each group entitled to nominate three representatives. They have to answer some questions about Indonesia. In the final, with the ingenuity of my classmates, he blamed the answer because the name of the game is rank 2. Second, third, and fourth  missions located in Bali field. Here we concentration tested by Flappy bird game. Yeaay, the victory still in my class. We also play "save the queen" gmae.There was a queen who should be protected by guards. We must pull each scarf at hands of each player. The victory was also in my class. And the last game is a test of agility team. Here we propose one representative of the group to be answered the question about technology. Although my class representatives are women, our class continues to be the champion. After that we had to go to complete another mission. It is quite far away and we had to walk. the fifth mission is on earth. In here, We must create a robot with the junk. My class made a butterfly robot, but the winner is not my class. When we going to the next mission, we were intercepted 3 Aliens. So, we must fight them with water balloons and grab the puzzle. Finally we got two additional puzzle. After that, we went to the photography park. Here we've got a mission to hearing and agility participants test. My class get the puzzle. After that we were given time to rest and go to SMAN 3 Bandung. In SMAN 3 Bandung, we have to watch a film about technology.  After that, we must go to Bali field to combine all of puzzle we have got. Evidentily, that is WTTF logo. 

2. Megantara

The name alone is telling a great and magnificent thing. "Mega". Megantara means magnificent archipelago. This event is an event that is eagerly awaited by students at SMAN 3 Bandung. Cultural Festival Megantara sounded surfaced in the city of Bandung. Megantara an event held to preserve the culture in Indonesia. Are you curious about what is in Megantara?

Circumstances Cultural Festival Megantara made as if visitors are on five big islands in Indonesia, namely Sumatra, Java, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and Papua. Before visitors enter  the island, visitors must pass through ancient caves. This cave is made from recycled materials that are safe for the environment. The cave is very similar to a real cave. After that, the first island entered is the island of Sumatra.

Sumatra Island certainly has the characteristic that distinguishes it from another island. One of culture in Megantara is Sate Padang. In this island, there are also the historic building namely “Tugu Nol” and “Jam Gadang”. After that, visitors enter the island of Java.

Hmm, this island is my birth place. Java island is dominated by the typical island of Java batik cloth. Not to forget, the typical food and traditional games are also presented in Megantara. Then, visitors enter the island of Borneo.

Island which has the largest mural made by students of SMAN 3 Bandung. This mural depicts the Kapuas River, the longest river in Indonesia. These murals include my favorite mural. The island is also dotted with lanterns. If you want to know more about the culture of the Dayak tribe, there is also provided a stand for the culture of Borneo. The fourth island that will be entered is the island of Sulawesi.

The typical food, regional culture, and shades of Sulawesi Island keenly felt in 

Megantara. The last island is Papua Island.

Each island definitely has minigate However, my favorite minigate is minigate in Papua Island. This minigate constituted with a very beautiful bird turkey. From here, I really admire the whole culture in Indonesia with its diversity very much.

Events at the Megantara also not boring. Starting from the traditional clothes parade, fashion show traditional clothes Indonesia, performing arts, to guest star who enliven the atmosphere in Megantara. The Guest star is The Changcuters and RAN. Megantara is the best cultural festival I have ever attended.

In addition, I am also in the decoration committee Megantara, hehehe

There are only two events that I have met in SMAN 3 Bandung, because I just became a new student in there. However, that are two memorable event for me.
